Hello, my lovelies and welcome back! The time has – unfortunately – come. As of tomorrow morning (after a two-month summer holiday) I’m going back to university. I’m sort of in two minds about whether I should be glad or dreading it: it’s my very last year and the fact that I graduate next summer is fantastic. On the other hand, it’ll be a tremendous amount of work.
I’ve at least 6 exams to take, classes and lectures to attend, lots of research papers and two theses to hand in in the next couple of months, which means that my free time will be limited. The reason why I’m telling you all this is because it means there will be some changes here on Books, Biscuits, and Tea. Don’t worry, I’m not going anywhere! I’ll keep blogging but I’ll be less active than I was a few months ago.
I’m not taking part in weekly memes (with the exception of Showcase Sunday, of course) for the time being because I don’t know how much time I’d have for commenting back and properly visiting other participants’ blogs the day my post goes live. I’ll keep posting reviews and discussion posts, though, and I’m taking part in Bloggiesta, and I have a blogoversary celebration and some blog tour posts planned for the following weeks.
I’m setting aside half an hour or an hour each day for visiting your blogs, and replying to your emails and comments so I will be here. I just wanted to let you know that if I don’t comment back right away it’s not because I don’t care but because I’m busy.
Big hugs to all of you and happy reading!

I’ll try
I know I won’t have too much time for reading (my own books, at least) but I’ll do my best. Thanks Kelsey!
Congrats of reaching your last year of university! (I can’t wait to start my first year next year!) I hope you have fun(:

Thanks a million!
Oh, good luck! I’m doing the same thing, except started graduate school a month ago, so there isn’t even a light at the end of the tunnel yet, ha. Half an hour a day is a good idea! How much are you planning on posting? That is the problem I am having, deciding how much content to still try to put out….

Ah, I’m so glad I’m not the only one! I don’t know, maybe twice or 3 times, depending on how much time I have for reading. I’ll do Showcase Sunday on weekends if I get some books and maybe one review per week (and a discussion post if I manage to come up with something).
Have you got any plans yet? And best of luck to you too!
I’m currently trying to do the “write most of the posts on Sundays after homework and work is finished” which works fairly well as long as I don’t get too tired….

Yeah, that’s what I’m planning to do as well. I guess I just have to accept the fact that I won’t be able to read as much as I used to and life must come first.
Yay for school! I hope you have a wonderful year.

Congrats on your last year! What are you studying? I know what it’s like to try and juggle school and a blog (I also worked full time).
Thank you! I’m studying English literature and culture.
Oh, and how did you manage to get everything done on top of work?
I have no idea. I managed to do it though.
And English literature is an awesome thing to study. In about ten years or so, I plan on getting my Ph.D. in English with a focus on Medieval literature.
Good luck with your studies!

And best of luck with the wedding preparations!
Just hang in there Vicky!

This year will be stressfull across the boarder as well. We should have weekly rant sessions on Twitter
I’m sure you’ll manage just fine and take it slow if you need to. You and your final year should be your focus point right now.
Wish you all the best

Congrats, Vicky!
I’m still in high school and university seems so far away! Hope you enjoy yourself–studying can get pretty fun sometimes (I probably sound like a crazy nerd)–and don’t forget to read a lot of books.

I go to the University of Debrecen
Which ones did you apply for?
oo I don’t know why I assumed you are from UK. I have seen the post about London…You’re Hungarian? If so, we are neighbors
I apologize for the mix up
cafebiblioart recently posted..Christmas Tree
I am, although I’m moving to the UK hopefully at the end of next year. It’s okay
I am Romanian. I am moving to UK at the end of next year.

Ooooh, hello neighbour
Whereabouts are you moving to?
Hopefully to Oxford, if not then to London
